Add zipcode chloropeth. #17

Fixes #14.

Here's what it looks like right now:

To do

[x] Add title.
[x] Add units label to tooltip, also mention the actual ZIP code.
[x] The zip code dataset isn't actually a time series, so remove any implication of that in our variable names, etc.
[x] Try to make the visualization the same width as the time series.

Ah yeah I forgot to bring that up... I thought "Filings normalized by total residential units, excluding single-unit properties" was a mouthful too but it's what was written in a comment in the SQL file and I didn't know how to shorten it. I like "Filings per unit of multi-family buildings" though, and "Filings per unit" sounds good in the tooltip too.
