How do I set it up? #4

I'm lost. How do I tell the template to login anywhere or pull anything. You really gave no explanation anywhere. And no, it is not self-explanatory.

Hi, I've just set it up. It's a bit tricky.

1) Import zbx_otrs_templates.xml as Zabbix-Template 2) Put otrs.ZabbixStat.pl in the OTRS bin directory (should be /opt/otrs/bin, if not, edit the paths in the 3rd file) 3) Copy Contents from userparameter_otrs.conf to your zabbix-agent config. Edit the Path if neccessary.

There seems to be some issue with the error handling and certain requests made by zabbix regarding queues and states. I've edited the file to my needs, so maybe you want to edit it, too.
