startBfcpShare not working #215

Hi there,

I used the new version (1.5.222) of sipml5 and noticed bfcp was added.  I tried 
to activate this in my webrtc client but no response after I call bfcp.

My javascript as below.
I am using Chrome.  The script was as below:

        tp.duo_video = function() {
            if(tp.callSession) {
                tp.callSession.startBfcpShare();
            }
        }

My html as below:
<td><input type="button" style="background-color:transparent; border: 1px solid 
#000" id="tp_btn_presentation_toggle" value="duo_video" 
onclick="tp.duo_video();" /></td>

When I click my button, there is no response from the script.  Can someone help 
to set an example of the bfcp can work?
