The hero image is very high quality and not only loads slowly, it also consumes a lot of bandwidth and storage space, increasing hosting and serving costs.

Used Affinity Photo to reduce the size and quality of the hero image jpeg. Updated on AWS S3 Cloud. Should lead to faster page loading. PR #14
