No output when selecing Unlimited 'maxLines'.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Build ConsoleRemote.as sample and observe welcome messages.
2. Modify ConsoleRemote.as so Cc.config.maxLines = 0; (unlimited)
3. Build and run. Notice no welcome messages. Also no further output is 
displayed when connected to a remoting swf.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see the welcome messages and output. Instead its just blank.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
It is version v2.51 build 588 of the console. I am compiling the example with 
the .swc version of the libraries if that makes a difference.

Please provide any additional information below.

Have fixed on trunk build 589. 
Will increment version and release zip file once more bugs are found and fixed. 
For now please use version from trunk.
