Unable to add in more than one word for tags #3

The tag function works correctly as stated in the UG. But when contextualising it to a CS2030S tutor wanting to input information regarding to his/her students, I feel it may be too restrictive.

Consider that a TA may want to add students in the following contexts: 1) add name/John Doe email/johnd@example.com telegram/@john github/swag-john33 t/on hospitalisation leave till 18 Nov 2024 2) add name/John Doe email/johnd@example.com telegram/@john github/swag-john33 t/needs more help than other students

This restriction might deter TAs from taking up this app. I would suggest either increasing the word size of the tag function or implement a new remarks function that is able to take up more than 1 word.

However, I only gave this a low instead of medium or high as users can just combine everything into one word, just that it might be a little annoying to read.

Team's Response

We acknowledge this issue. Currently tags is just for classification (such as which class the student is in). In the future iterations, we would implement solutions such as being able to add multiple words or a notes/remark command to keep track of more specific details that are unique to the students such as those provided in the examples.

Reason for disagreement: I disagree because as per the dev team's response, they state that "Currently tags is just for classification". But when contextualising it to CS2030S tutors "classifying" his/her students, there are easily multiple "classifications" that require more than one single word.

For instance, struggling with anonymous classes, visual learner, weak in practical components, and many more.
