Python 3 and Django 1.9 instructions #63

Installing imagestore with Python 3 and Django 1.9 was rather challenging, therefore the proposed set of instructions.

Some of them are similar to the ones for Django 1.7, so probably some parts should be merged into a common set of instructions.
