Adding more filters #24

It would be great to get all of the filters from SVO. The version I downloaded from pip did not have all of them.

V0.4.0 now has access to all filters. You just specify “/.” and it does a Web query, e.g. ‘2MASS/2MASS.J’ rather than just ‘2MASS.J’.
