Fix drill paths #39

@JustinGrilli this appeared to work on my file with 1 hierarchy. I still can't open that file because I'm getting a different error of:

Unable to complete action
Errors occurred while trying to load the data source "Opportunity". The load was not able to complete successfully.
Error(11773,69): value 'None' not in enumeration (id: /var/folders/b5/zgd5y94951x5gphxds76x5n00000gn/T/tableau-temp/3509223547/Opportunity.tds)

I think that's just something different to troubleshoot. So I think we should:
