Reads temperature and humidity from TH16 with the temperature and humidity sensor

Hi @marcelo-paredes, thanks for contributing! As I don't have a TH-16, I cannot test this myself. I assume your code works. I will merge this and release a new version. Thank you.

is there any plan for supporting the RF Bridge as a sensor? In the something already gets recognonized, maybe it's not even a huge thing to configure it...
