iFan Support #57

This pr adds in iFanV2 support. The fans show up as a fully supported Homekit fan. I chose to make sure that fans are auto-imported so that end-users do not need to do much.

Hi @bassrock, thanks for contributing! As I don't have an iFan so I cannot verify if this is working. I have take a look at the code and I guess it should be fine. I am merging this now, thanks!
