Basic support for Sonoff Micro #84

Adds basic support for SONOFF MICRO - 5V WIRELESS USB SMART ADAPTOR.

The API is reporting this as a 4 switch device, but only the first switch appears to control it. Not sure what switches 2-4 do (still trying to figure that out). Ideally this would only show one switch if only 1 was usable.
