This project is a typical web application build with .NET framework long time ago. Development requires .NET framework 3.5 and visual studio. Open this project by opening the *.sln file from visual studio and then it is ready to run.

There are two more things to note:

  1. due to the project is built 5, 6 years ago, I cannot guarantee it works still and I don't have a chance to verify for I cannot find a windows PC around so far.
  2. one important thing is that, this project relies on a web service to parse phone number to a place name, then use google geocoder client to parse place name to a long/lat. The first level service only supports finding place name around China, which I believe it doesn't work for you guys.
