Consider removing `friendlyTypeName` function #14

As the site generator becomes more generic in order to serve a broader array of ontologies, focusing in on specific ways of identifying classes and properties (e.g. RDF and RDFS) seems arbitrarily limiting.

Remove and let the template code work from the full URI names.
