Cacti 1.x special map settings UI doesn't work at all #84

Clicking on the Settings link for a map brings up the right page. Adding a new setting results in a blank page saying "there are no settings for this map", and no settings added.

Same for group-level settings and global ones.

Adding entries manually to database, they even show up in the wrong places. Maybe a PDO/WeathermapManager issue?
