Node size info is not persisted #18

If you manually resize nodes, the information about their sizes is not saved 
together with the mindmap.

Expected behavior: the information about size (pixel dimensions or auto) should 
be saved with the map to let the loaded map look exactly the same as a saved 
map.

because resizing was moved from nodes to rich text editors, this issue now 
refers to those resizing mechanisms.
