The editor does not warn about unsaved changes #20

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Edit a new mind map, make some changes
2. Close the browser window, open a different document or create a new document

Current behaviour: the editor performs the requested action without warning.

Expected behavior: the editor warns about unsaved changes and prompts a save; 
if not logged in to Google Accounts propose a local save.
