New model for text editing

There is no need for a rich text editor to be the main and only way of entering 
text to a mind map.

Suggested enhancement: remove rich text from basic node content. Reintroduce 
rich text editor as an embedded object, such as a Youtube movie.

1. I agree, that rich text editor takes too much space and is not useful. Maybe 
some kind of small button to open that editor. 

2. Maybe some kind of stand-alone editor on the fixed place. Opening that 
editor rearranges layout, and it is very stressing to cope with the mess it 
introduces. Making it as additional window /floating div on top of everything 
or making it on the fixed place will help that.

The richt text editor was moved from the main text editing mechanism to an 
additional object than can be inserted on user's request.
