Intuitively, lines connecting nodes should begin in the middle of nodes, not on
their bottom.
This thing looks weird when you make big nodes. It forces you to chase the
unseen border of the node to find place where all the lines begin, and then you
can start seeing what nodes are connected to that particular node. What a waste
of time and brain work!
