Validates a score against Bestdori API The validate score validates the following:

If the Fast and Slow counts are equal to the number of Great, Good, and Bad counts https://github.com/howardt12345/bandori-score/issues/9
If all of the note counts are positive
If the total number of notes are equal to the notes expected to be in the song
If the score is high enough for the detected rank
If the score is not impossibly high (max limit assumed to be 10 million)

The song name of the songs in the database now use the song names from the Bestdori API.
