Fix bug with order not summing non-editable orders #46

We picked up a bug earlier where order that were not made on available days for a product would not show up on the order page. This was fixed, but I've just seen that orders that are only outputted and can not be edited (as they're on days not available for the product) will not count towards the daily totals in the rightmost column.

Issue fixed and latest deployment has been approved to send to the standard client link.

Hi @ezl, yep I've tested and it's deployed to the live page. Moving to complete now.
