on wide viewport (tablet and up) - put the buttons for quick order in the actual interface at the top. Exactly like you did it before, instead of hiding it into the dropdown when you click "quick order"
on narrow viewport (mobile) - use the "quick entry" button like it currently is. However:
[ ] add a way to specifically CLOSE the "quick entry" dialog
[ ] make the quick entry dialog STAY open until explicitly closed
Reason for this - currently we often add multiple "quick entry" items. For example, we may be adding 5 "breakfast dozen". When we do so, we have to click "quick entry", then we press "breakfast dozen". Then it closes. Then we have to do this 5 times.
