[feature request, patch] Support hiding Soundflowerbed icon #16

Got tired of Soundflowerbed taking up up precious menubar space, so I added a 
“Hide 
Soundflowerbed” menu item. Icon is shown back if Soundflowerbed is 
reactivated (e.g. by launching 
it again). Attached a patch, as this could be useful to other users.
