Soundflowerbed forgets settings through system sleep/wake #81

What steps will reproduce the problem?
For example
1. Set Soundflower (2ch) as default output device in System Preferences
2. Use Soundflowerbed to route Soundflower (2ch) to Built-in Output
3. Sleep the computer
4. Wake the computer

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The setup in Soundflowerbed should be retained and sound continue to play 
through Built-in Output after sleep/wake. Instead Soundflowerbed reverts to 
None (OFF).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Soundflowerbed 1.4.4, Soundflower 1.5.1, Mac OS X 10.6.4 MacBook Pro 15" i7

Please provide any additional information below.

This problem is solved in Soundflower 1.5.2.
