Fix deploy.cmd #14

Right now, on every deployment, the project is being built in the public directory, which makes the site inaccessible when the project is building.

The project needs to be built in the repo directory then copied over when it's finished. This will minimize down time.

Made the app completely frontend. This is irrelevant now.
