Fix layout for top articles on landing page #13

Currently the top articles on landing page are not displayed nice. We should think about a better layout there.

I think it makes sense to limit the cards height to some maximum, so they can't expand at the bottom.

We need to fix the navbar to collapse and the card text overflows the cards on small screens
