use dev version of ghit #2

For now, it is better to specify cloudyr/ghit in DESCRIPTION. This fixes #1.

Coverage remained the same at 44.86% when pulling c5fde0049b45c4d5bcf015cb6ddee84a33516631 on use-dev-ghit into 2ba6faba3739e9d15c0b5487a23adf6e5b13e2ca on master.

I've not realize I'm using development version of ghit. It is not my intent.
