PowerMeter: handle JSON string values #1105

Gracefully handle numeric values that are disguised as a string in a JSON encoded message.

Closes #1104.

@oszi-xx and @martind40 Care to test this fix? Use the firmware compiled as part of this PR's build run.

@schlimmchen ; HTTP(s)&JSON works now great. Thx for the great work :-) Ps: The values which are displayed at the "Live-Ansicht" , if I choose MQTT, still not real values. But now I see values.

Pps: what do you think, till when will you be able to implement in the Firmware g372fe1d the OTA funktion? Because then I will flash it to my productive system, too. Thanks in advance.
