Data importing should be similar for each flag across all the RFMOs. After data importing, most fields and analysis processes should be the same everywhere. A few differences among fleets:

species lists
logbookid for Japan

A few differences among RFMOs as well

Note: script "figs_AO_2019_US" is hardwired to the Indian Ocean Lat/Lon and year ranges. Need to put the figure code in a function with these variables that can be defined by fleet.
