problems with keyboard commands with new safari 10 #174

Since updating to the latest safari version 10, I noticed that the keyboard commands only work once or twice in full screen mode, for example pressing the arrow-key to skip 10 seconds forward only works twice and then it stops and only makes a beep sound...
