overload method show to support custom position #3

hi 

I've find out your very useful  project 

i'm owner of https://github.com/bsorrentino/iphone-commons-utilities project  
and, to use it in my os project, i needed to a more flexible  show method

i've added method 

- (void) show:(UIView *)window origin:(CGPoint)point;

If you have interest in evaluate this update ... attached there is patch
