generate manpage from build
add manpage to install target
add uninstall target
remove vmtouch.8 as it is now generated in build step

I propose you these small changes to the Makefile, it will make distro packaging easier (I have started also started some work for Debian to bring it up to date to Debian policies, based on the pull request Alexey sent you last year)
