What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Ikeyex does not start - bulgarian and german keyboard

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system
(iPhone/iPod Touch? Firmware version?)? 3.0

***** Note: iKeyEx (thus hClipboard & 5-Row QWERTY) doesn't work on 3.0
yet. Please subscribe to issue 83 for the updates. Delete this line if your
issue is unrelated to 3.0.
