No keyboard on 3gs fw 3.0.1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.After installing keyboard, it doesn't show up when typing message

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I see nothing. It appears in settings but not on actual keyboard. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system
(iPhone/iPod Touch? Firmware version?)?
iPhone 3gs FW 3.0.1

Please provide any additional information below.
