Make it possible to opt-in for applying the same timing corrections for all videos #16

Should be somewhere in the settings. Things to include may be:

Camera, AquisitionDelay, TimeReferenceOffset

Also make sure that Camera is remembered when choosing it for analogue videos and instrumental delays.
