I know we've discussed using AMY -- if you have a concrete proposal and/or can write up instructions for what needs to be done, we might not need the interest form.

They seem fine in principle.

Is the plan to port these to Survey Monkey so that they can be part of the entire Carpentries assessment process?

I think that would be something to review w/ Tracy. I just want to have something in place now, since I know people are starting to use this material.

These surveys are still useful and should be picked up again. This repo is going to be archived though so I will move this over to the coordination repo.

Where does the survey output go when someone hits the "send" button?

How much overlap is there between this and other tools for communicating with the HPC Carpentry team? There's a "request-a-workshop" link on this page on the main website, but it covers different ground.

Possibly these surveys should be linked from the main site also?
