Create a "Steering Committee" page introducing ourselves #33

Looking at the site, it looks like a reasonable way to do this is to add the steering committee member names to the "contact.md" file, and then set the "More>" link under "About Us" on the main page to point to our page. This "More" link currently points to a Carpentries page.
