Revert "Merge pull request #9 from tkphd/spelling" #10

This reverts commit 344fe7baa5fb9ecd4e95817b807ea079a63b59ce, reversing changes made to 085efad0f11cff8e1bb48c43657ec806278f05c1.

en_GB is preferred for Carpentries episodes, according to https://github.com/carpentries/lesson-example/issues/231. Reverting this merge restores the previously corrected British spellings.
