Research Computing Teams newsletter #5

Not sure how on-topic this is: (1) it's a newsletter, not really blog posts, and (2) it touches on HPC but really only in the context of being a manager or leader in a RCD team. I won't be hurt if it doesn't get included! Doing this got me to fix up an RSS hosting issue, so it's already been a win.

@ljdursi I'm looking at this - I think it's too frequent to include. Perhaps they could have a monthly edition instead? I'm going to remove it for now, but lets talk about another way!
