Design a nice 404 page #3

This would be a good first issue for a community member that wants to contribute! Basically, the file pages/404.md and the layout not-found.html renders into our 404 page, which is currently very boring.

Good sites have 404 pages that are fun or otherwise humorous, and we should too.
