add improved opensbli result

Just adding an improved result for OpenSBLI. By:

compiling with -xHOST
using latest intel compiler and library version
removing some of the unnecessarily draconian fp-model flags from the intel compiler (which don't affect the output of the code and the other compilers don't have)

we get the performance up from 0.170 iterations/s to 0.196.
