Add major improvements to documentation and unit tests #5

Add editorconfig file
Improve class documentation, fixtures and metadata
Rename group related variables
Use variable notifies for services
Add rspec tests for almost all aspects
Turn on code coverage
Add missing tests for package resources
Add missing unit tests for exec resources
Update documentation and reference; fix user
Add community health files
