Subaudit workaround #21

  1. No longer remapping data segment of executable
  2. Added --enable-subaudit-as-default configure option to cause subaudit to be the default for the "-audit" command line option.
  3. Removed calloc override implementation (need to use older versions for BG/Q
  4. Added PPCV2 ABI support to subaudit.
