DAOS: remove daos-prefix option #519

--daos-prefix was previously deprecated/hidden. Remove it entirely.

@adammoody Thanks! This PR is ready, but we have some internal tests that refer to --daos-prefix, so I want to align with test updates, as well as the next DAOS release.
