华为晟腾910bGPU适配问题 #231

由于要适配910bGPU，有些问题请教：

1、项目支持910bGPU吗，如果要在910b进行训练和推理，项目需要修改哪些代码，还是说不用修改配置环境就行？ 2、readme文档的install部分是基于cuda的，如果要在910b上配置环境也是按照这个流程，只是调整cuda相关部分就可以了吗？
