On the UI you add in columns but these are not used unless they are checked -- this is different than the others in the way it operates. Also if you are using the check boxes to select which fields to run the operations on, it doesn't make sense for this to also be the checkbox for deleting. (this will probably change if we do the pop up to select the fields to import)

If you have a any fields selected the Add Columns button doesn't work.

Once you delete items that are checked the check boxes at those indexes stay checked.
