Tabulate & tabulate buckets #40

If you add a column from Columns into Row(s) [or other] and the then select that column within the Row(s) [or other] and click << its moved back to Columns at the end it should be moved back to its original index.

This goes for any other UI's based on this concept.

Changes made in Tabulate and Tabulate Buckets Plugins and fixed the issue.
