1.Added grid layout for different Break points, fixes bug when user tries to create chart on tablet on mobile phone. 2.Added refactored demo charts to have layouts for differen screen sizes.

  1. Increased resize div to make it easier to resize on small screens
  2. allow text box chart to prerender chart without fetching data
  3. updated user guide pdf
