Let us assume all the rules are at the field level
Rule Type fill be some something like - DATE VALIDATE, PHONE VALIDATE, FIRST NAME VALIDATE, INTEGER VALIDATE. The RULE itself can be a free form entry like format="" or min=100, max=1000. Something that can be fed to a validating ECL program that can act on it.
Do we need Fix Script here based on how hard it is to execute a script in ECL?

Rule Types are now fetched from a database table. The seed data includes the above list of rule types. Also, changed the rule field to be a text field. https://github.com/hpcc-systems/Tombolo/commit/84649c11b4a43205200dda12853cb7ed08cd57c4
