When pausing or deleting a workflow, Job is not removed from Bree #843

In the workflow designer, if you pause or delete the currently live job, it does not remove it from the bree Queue, so if you try to start a different version it throws an error for duplicate job name.

Also check into restarting the job if the server restarts.
